Patties are quite versatile because they can be made with all sorts of different ingredients. In this recipe, we teach you how to make a delicious patty using a mix of herbs and quinoa.

Spring Herb Quinoa Patty Ingredients

You will need half a cup of high-quality quinoa, 2 medium to large-sized eggs, some chopped green onions, chopped mint, chopped parsley (about 2 tablespoons per herb), half a cup of cheese, half a cup of breadcrumbs, and sea salt.

Spring Herb Quinoa Patty Instructions

First, you will cook the quinoa based on the instructions provided by the product packaging. While the quinoa is cooking, you will mix the following ingredients into a large bowl: whisked eggs, onion, mint, parsley, cheese, breadcrumb, and salt. You can add the quinoa in once it’s fully cooked. Be sure to mix everything well.

Let the patty mixture cool down a bit before you start shaping them as patties. We suggest making a nice, firm ball before they are kneaded into the disc-like shape that patties typically come in. If you have the time, we suggest covering the patties with saran wrap or foil and let them sit in the refrigerator overnight.

Now, it’s time to cook the delicious spring herb quinoa patties. Heat up a non-stick skillet then start cooking the patties (drizzle some olive oil beforehand).
